About Mariana
My path to QHHT started with a book. Reading Many Lives, Many Masters by Dr. Brian Weiss opened the door to my curiosity. From there I found the work of Dolores Cannon, and I spent years listening to every QHHT session I could find. The more I observed, the more certain I became: this was the work I was meant to do.
I earned a BS in Biology before pursuing certification as a QHHT practitioner and Usui Reiki Master. My practice is based in Marietta, GA, where I guide clients to connect with their subconscious mind and access their own highest wisdom. Through that connection, clients are able to bring awareness to the patterns, blocks, and beliefs that have been keeping them stuck.
Background
I hold a BS in Biology, and while that chapter of my life feels separate from the work I do now, it taught me how to ask good questions and stay curious. This curiosity guides every session I facilitate.
My deeper journey began in 2020 when I discovered Human Design. I’ve been studying it ever since, and it has become one of the most meaningful tools in my life and my work. From there, I found Reiki in 2021 and dove in completely, eventually earning my Reiki Master certification. Both paths were part of the same unfolding that ultimately led me to QHHT.
These modalities aren’t separate to me; they inform and support each other. In sessions, I often find myself drawing on Human Design to help a client better understand something that came up: an innate strength they’ve been dismissing, a pattern that finally makes sense when seen through the lens of their design. It adds a layer of clarity that I’ve come to love offering.
I’m a certified QHHT practitioner, a Usui Reiki Master, and a Level 3 Human Design reader. If you’re curious about Human Design, there’s an extensive section of this site dedicated to it, including the ability to run your own free chart.
QHHT and Aphantasia
My brain has always been atypical, but I didn’t know the extent of this difference until recently. I have total aphantasia. I experience no inner imagery, inner sounds, or inner language. Like most people with aphantasia, I didn’t know my inner world was different until recently. Science didn’t even name Aphantasia until 2015.
This personal discovery opened up a new understanding of my own gifts. When you can’t visualize the future or replay memories as mental pictures, you develop a different relationship with the present moment. Your mind is wired to live fully in the “now”. That quality of presence has become one of the things I value most about the way I work. It helps me connect deeply with the person in the room, exactly as they are.
It also means I understand firsthand that a vivid, meaningful QHHT session has nothing to do with seeing mental pictures. In the same way that people daydream without realizing they’re doing it, non-visualizers can be fully immersed in a session. The experience is real, rich, and often surprising, even without imagery.
Clients with aphantasia tend to find me rather than seek me out. When they do, I hope what they find is a practitioner who genuinely gets it, because I’ve lived it.
Why This Work Matters to Me
I was drawn to QHHT because the questions it explores are the ones I find most compelling: What is our life purpose? What old experiences are shaping my life? What am I ready to heal and release?
What I do in a session is simple: I help people connect to their subconscious mind to access their own highest wisdom. Through that connection, clients are able to see the patterns, blocks, and beliefs that have been keeping them stuck — often for years, sometimes for a lifetime.
That moment of recognition is why I do this work. I look forward to being part of your journey.
Human Design
Outside of QHHT sessions, I work as an intuitive Human Design reader. Human Design is a system that maps your unique energetic blueprint, offering practical insight into how you make decisions, how you communicate, and what you are here to do. In standalone strategy sessions, I help clients decode that blueprint in a way that translates directly into their everyday life and work. Clients are able to clearly identify their unique gifts, learn how to optimize their energy, and how to find the path most aligned with who they truly are.
My Human Design sessions are separate from QHHT, but the two share the same intention: helping you understand yourself more deeply so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

FAQs
Over time, I’ve noticed the same questions come up again and again — which tells me they’re worth answering here. If yours isn’t on the list, just reach out. No question is too small.
What is a QHHT session?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a form of hypnosis that connects directly with your subconscious mind to access your own inner wisdom. Your conscious mind takes a backseat while your subconscious gets to talk. In this state, your subconscious can objectively share insight over your patterns, cycles, and limitations that your conscious mind can’t readily access.
My goal as your facilitator is to establish a good, clear connection with your subconscious mind (Higher Self, Higher Consciousness, Soul, etc.) to help you answer questions, access this insight, and help you facilitate healing on an emotional and physical level.
Your goal, as client, is…whatever you want. Everyone has different intentions. Some people want to clearly understand their life purpose, some want to understand/heal a fear that holds them back, get insight on past experiences, heal physical ailments, etc.
Every client is invited to bring a list of questions they want to have answered during their session. We will review all your questions before the session and get them answered during hypnosis.
How is QHHT different from regular hypnosis?
Most hypnosis works at a lighter level of trance and is typically used to address specific habits or behaviors — things like sleep, stress, or smoking cessation. QHHT goes considerably deeper: the same level your mind naturally touches just before you fall asleep each night.
At that depth, the subconscious becomes more accessible. Rather than suggesting new patterns to the conscious mind, QHHT opens a direct dialogue with the Subconscious itself — allowing you to explore the root causes behind patterns, experiences, and physical conditions, often across multiple lifetimes.
What if I can't be hypnotized?
I hear you, but I promise, everyone can be hypnotized. Your experience will be different than how you’ve seen “hypnosis” portrayed in movies, but you will be able to access your subconscious and have a successful session!
Hypnosis works in the Alpha and Theta brain wave states. Your mind naturally progresses through these states dozens of times every day. Trust the process – you will get there!
If, for some reason, your brain doesn’t want to cooperate on the day of your session, we will reschedule and try again.
Do I need more than one session?
Most people only need one. A single QHHT session covers a lot of ground, and because you leave with a recording, the insights and healing continue unfolding for weeks after your session as you listen and integrate.
That said, some clients choose to return. Life brings new chapters, new questions, and new layers of understanding. If something feels unresolved, or if you simply want to go deeper, a second session is always an option. I recommend waiting at least 6 months between sessions.
So, there’s no pressure to plan beyond the one you’re booking. Most people find it’s enough.
What if I don't believe in past lives?
You do not need to believe in past lives to have a valuable QHHT session. Your subconscious mind is part of you, and it will stay within your belief systems.
The subconscious will only show you what you are ready to see/hear in a way that you are open to receiving it.
My role is to create a relaxing, welcoming space to facilitate the best experience for you.
What if I'm too analytical or "in my head"?
Being analytical doesn’t work against you in QHHT. If anything, your ability to observe, describe, and reflect is an asset!
The conscious mind doesn’t need to be silenced. It just needs to step back a little and let something deeper come through. And that shift happens naturally as you relax, not through any effort on your part.
The one thing I’ll ask of you is this: say the first thing that comes to mind, without filtering it. Don’t evaluate it, question it, or decide whether it “makes sense” before you speak. The analytical mind loves to edit, and we want the unedited version. Even if what comes feels like you’re making it up, say it anyway. Often, that’s exactly where the most meaningful material lives.
Trust the process! Your mind knows how to do this.
What if I don't "see" anything?
You do not need to “see” anything to have a successful session. The goal is to get a good, clear connection with your subconscious mind. Sometimes that involves a visual journey, and sometimes it’s a more conceptual/imagination based experience. Everyone has a subconscious mind, and everyone has access to it – regardless of how much they visualize.
Not everyone experiences visual imagery, including me. Some people sense, conceptualize, imagine, feel, or simply “know.”
Your subconscious communicates in the way that works best for you. Simply trust that your mind will present info in the right way for you.
The best thing you can do is get your conscious mind out of the way. How? Just say the first idea that pops into your mind. No filtering. The more you describe, the more you “see”, and the deeper you sink into hypnosis.
Don’t worry. I’ve got you!
What if I see something but it disappears quickly?
Fleeting images are normal. Slowing down and describing what you did notice often allows the experience to expand. Read more below!
What if I'm nervous?
That’s completely natural. Most clients feel some anticipation beforehand. Once the session begins, relaxation typically comes quickly.
Will I remember what happens during the session?
This varies from person to person. Some people remember absolutely everything in detail. Others remember nothing at all. Anything along this spectrum is normal.
What if I fall asleep?
You wouldn’t be the first person or the last to fall asleep during a QHHT session! Sleeping during your session does not impede the work we can still do with your subconscious.
When someone falls asleep during the session, I usually let them rest for 5-15 minutes and then connect to the subconscious mind. It still works. Every time.
I believe everyone experiences what they need during their QHHT session, and sometimes they need deep rest.
Can I bring someone with me?
You’re welcome to have someone drive you or wait nearby, but the session itself is just the two of us.
The presence of another person, even someone you completely trust, can subtly affect what you’re willing to say, explore, or feel. The session works best when you have total privacy and feel free to go wherever the experience takes you, without any part of you wondering how it looks to someone else.
Your recording is yours to share afterward, in whatever way feels right.
Is QHHT a substitute for medical or mental health treatment?
No, and it’s important to be clear about this.
QHHT is a complementary experience, not a replacement for medical care, therapy, or psychiatric treatment. If you’re currently working with a doctor, therapist, or mental health professional, please continue to do so.
What QHHT can offer is a different kind of insight — one that works alongside conventional care, not instead of it.
