Ajna Center

Type: Awareness Center

The Ajna is the mind’s editing suite. Inspiration from the Head flows here to be sorted, compared, and crystallized into six archetypal “files” (gates):

47 realization (fear of futility);
24 rationalization (fear of ignorance);
4 formulation (fear of chaos);
11 ideas (fear of darkness);
43 insight (fear of rejection);
17 opinion (fear of challenge).

Unlike the Spleen or Solar Plexus awareness centers, the Ajna sits between the Head and Throat with no motor of its own; it can think, but cannot act. Its job is to hold multiple perspectives (“this and that”), refine them, and then wait for correct timing to share via the Throat.

Definition: Ajna Center

Defined Ajna Center:

0 %
Energy Center is colored in on your bodygraph, at least one Channel is connected
With the Ajna Center defined, you have a fixed and reliable way of thinking, investigating, conceptualizing and mentally processing the information that comes to you, so your mental process is stable and always follows the same patterns, making it very difficult for others to influence what comes out of it. 47% of the population has a defined Ajna center.

• Fixed, reliable way of thinking and storing information.
• Can focus deeply, develop expertise, and inspire others to think.
• Shadow: mental rigidity; over-identification with ideas can lead to dogmatism, self-doubt when challenged, or analysis-paralysis.

Undefined Ajna Center:

0 %
Energy Center is not colored in on your bodygraph, at least one Gate is activated in the energy center
With an undefined Ajna, you don’t have a fixed and consistent way of thinking, retaining or processing information, which makes you feel insecure about whether or not you will be able to express what you think, and you try to compensate for this uncertainty by being too fixed and rigid in your thoughts, conclusions or opinions. Wait to be asked and use your Strategy and Authority to share what you think. 53% of the population has an undefined Ajna center.

• Flexible, multi-modal mind that samples diverse viewpoints.
• Can see validity in many models and discern whose ideas are valuable.
• Shadow: anxiety to appear certain; tendency to pretend to “know,” adopt others’ beliefs, or worry about being “wrong” or “stupid.”

Open Ajna Center

Energy Center is not colored in on your bodygraph, No Gates are activated in the energy center
• No fixed way of organizing thoughts; may feel “blank” under pressure.
• High potential to contemplate freely and recognize the best theories without attachment.
• Shadow: mental helplessness, drifting between ideas, or dependence on others to think for them.

Biological Correlation

Linked to the neocortex & visual cortex (analytical/visual thinking) and the anterior & posterior pituitary glands (hormonal regulation that keeps body systems “on script”). Mental over-activity or fixity can manifest as obsessive rumination, migraines, hormone imbalances, or poor sleep.

Real-Life application

Practical Tips / Healthy Expression

  • Mindful observation of thought streams without immediate action.
  • Journaling or discussion after invitation to externalize insights.
  • Meditation or visual focus exercises to calm looping analysis.
  • Trust Strategy & Authority—not the mind—for decisions.

TL;DR

The Ajna Center is humanity’s conceptual lens. Properly aligned, it offers penetrating analysis, creative ideas, and logical frameworks that enrich collective understanding. Its wisdom emerges when we stop forcing certainty and allow mental awareness to serve—rather than rule—our lives.
