Splenic Center

Type: Awareness Center

The Spleen is a silent radar that speaks only once through bodily sensations, scents, or an inexplicable “yes/no” knowing. Each of its seven gates houses a primal survival fear that has matured into a specific form of intelligence:

48 depth vs. inadequacy
57 intuitive clarity vs. fear of the future
44 alertness vs. fear of the past
50 values vs. fear of responsibility
32 continuity vs. fear of failure
28 purpose vs. fear of death/meaninglessness
18 correction vs. fear of authority/judgment.

This center’s awareness operates only in the NOW; it cannot be rationalized by the mind or powered by will.

As an “awareness” center, the Splenic center’s main function is to protect and guide our body. It is the home of our intuition, instinct, and our fear awareness. This primal energy center is also biologically connected to our physical wellness and immune system strength.

Definition: Splenic Center

Defined Splenic Center:

0 %
Energy Center is colored in on your bodygraph, at least one Channel is connected
Having the Splenic Center defined means you have consistent and instantaneous access to your intuition, instincts, and “inner knowing”. This unique energy center allows you to react in the NOW, feel safe, survive, and even stay healthy, when you fully trust your intuitive “pings”.

• Consistent immune strength and fixed instinctual responses.
• Natural sense of timing for health, risk, and resources.
• Often project vitality and confidence.
• Shadow: disregard subtle signals (taking health for granted) or stubbornly hold to familiar routines that once felt safe.

Undefined Splenic Center:

0 %
Energy Center is not colored in on your bodygraph, at least one Gate is activated in the energy center
Individuals with an undefined splenic center may subconsciously seek consistent safety and security outside of themselves. In our world, this shows up as holding on to relationships, situations, jobs, or habits that aren’t good for us.

• Highly sensitive to environmental “vibes” and other people’s health/fear states.
• Can become dependently attached to those with defined Splenic centers for a sense of safety.
• Shadow: magnified survival fears; tendency to cling to unhealthy jobs, habits, or relationships because they feel secure.

Undefined Splenic centers may be prone to seeking security by making spontaneous decisions. They may hold on to things that are not good for them, because they give a false sense of security or safety.

Open Splenic Center

Energy Center is not colored in on your bodygraph, No Gates are activated in the energy center
• No consistent baseline for fear or wellbeing.
• May swing from reckless fearlessness to overwhelming anxiety.
• Wisdom potential: discern whose fears/intuitions are present and read subtle health signals in others (natural healers).

Biological Correlation

Governs the lymphatic system, spleen, T-cells, and overall immune response. Splenic “soldier” cells continuously taste, smell, and listen for imbalance, releasing fight-or-flight hormones (cortisol/adrenaline) to neutralize threats. Neglecting its warnings can show up as chronic stress, weakened immunity, or lingering illness.

Real-Life application

Practical Tips / Healthy Expression

  • Trust the first bodily whisper and act (or not) immediately.
  • Regular detox: breathwork, lymphatic massage, time in nature, grounding practices.
  • Gentle exercise to discharge instinctual tension.
  • Periodic solitude to discern your fears from others’.

How to Find Clarity and Manage Fear

To find your clarity, lean into your inner authority:

  • Emotional Authority: ask yourself what you’re currently feeling or what feelings you’re not aware of. Allow your emotional wave to balance out, and clarity will float to the surface.
  • Sacral Authority: listen to, feel, and trust your physical body, it already knows the answer. Specifically, trust how your physical body is reacting, sounding, aching, or sparking. These are all signs pointing towards your path. It really is that simple. You don’t need logic to dispel the fears, just trust in yourself.
  • Self-Projected Authority: find your “sounding board” to talk out your fears. If you don’t have a person like this in your life, talk to yourself or record yourself talking. Clarity never comes from another person. For you, the act of speaking brings it to the surface.
  • Egoic Authority: your desires, dreams, goals, visions are your guides. Honesty with yourself about what you want will take you in the right direction. Even if these desires are judged as selfish, shallow, or “crazy”, for you, they are strategic! You’ll find clarity when you honor these desires and go after them.
  • Environmental Authority: Normally, logic runs the show for you. When fear starts taking over, and your mind can’t sense or “know” the solution, pause. Check your surrounding environment. When your normally keen sense of “inner knowing” isn’t working, your outer environment is affecting your clarity. This is one of the two “inner” authorities with “outer” variables. Your method for finding clarity or calming fears will be very different than 95% of the world.

TL;DR

The Splenic Center is our ancient guardian—a lightning-quick watchdog that keeps the form alive and thriving. Honoring its quiet intuition brings spontaneous wellbeing, carefree presence, and a laughter-filled zest for life; ignoring it lets hidden fear rule the body and corrode vitality.
